Pachakuti age<\/h3>\n<p>After we were really busy with our health at kuychichaka, YOU got us back on track. Because the new online circle with Vilma emerged quite organically from the WhatsApp group, simply because we all wished each other a Happy Easter. And wishes come true immediately, so: the resurrection of the online circle with Vilma is here!<br \/>\nVilma will accompany us for 3 months and we will meet every 2 weeks, every Wednesday at 7 pm European time. The theme was also quickly clear: joy and inner peace.<br \/>\nn conversation with Vilma and Volker, it soon became clear that there is an overarching arc, as we are still in the middle of the Pachakuti era, the time of change, Taripay Pacha.<br \/>\nVilma will both tell us about this special time and accompany us with rituals and ceremonies that support us in self-care and our everyday &#8220;life care&#8221;. We will spend the first half together with Don Augustin, his son Santos and their wives Sebastiana and Remigia near Cuzco. They will introduce us to the magic and energy of the Nustas and as the crowning glory we will receive the Nusta Karpay from them. After an integration day, on which you will have free time, we will work together with Vilma Pinedo near Pisac in the second half. Here we also explore the holy places in the area together, away from the well-known tourist magnets. Changes to the program, e.g. due to weather conditions, are possible.     <\/p>\n<p>The complete planning has not yet been finalized, but we would like to keep you up to date with initial estimates. The trip will cost around 3000 euros, including accommodation and meals (mostly breakfast and dinner), as well as transportation during our trip (travel to and from the airport is not included). In advance, you will receive suggestions on what you should pack, tips on booking flights and acclimatizing to the altitude and, above all, the opportunity to contact me (Andrea) directly with any questions you may have. For spiritual preparation, there will be an online Despacho ceremony before the start of the trip. And you will also have the opportunity to get to know Don Augustin and Vilma in advance during the course of the year. The next online offers with them will be announced soon.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>And here are a few more personal words from Andrea, a few impressions from her big trip to Peru in 2022 to get you in the mood:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are thinking about traveling with kuychichaka to the Sacred Valley in Peru, I (Andrea) would like to tell you a little bit about what to expect there. And what Peru might expect from you \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>My first trip in 2022 was plagued by many fears beforehand: I don&#8217;t know the language, the travel guides warn women traveling alone about all sorts of things, I didn&#8217;t even know where to start. All I knew was that I wanted to personally express my gratitude to all the wonderful places that I had come to know over the past two years through the stories of my shamanic teachers. Because they had changed my life and me without me ever having been there.  <\/p>\n<p>Before the trip, I wanted to ask permission. In keeping with tradition, I did this at my strongest apu (mountain), the Untersberg. I went up there with trembling knees, brought my kintus and gifts, asked him to introduce me to the Peruvian mountains and announce my coming. And then I paid attention to the answer. It suddenly smelled of sage and a tiny bird swooped past the cave where I was sitting. We don&#8217;t have hummingbirds here, but the size of the bird reminded me of them. The message told me: &#8220;Anything is possible! Of course you can go.&#8221; Now I knew the Untersberg would support me on my journey and the Peruvian Apus would welcome me.<\/p>\n<p>Spiritual preparation is one thing. The other is mental and purely practical preparation. Peru is a third world country. Just a little insight into what I can&#8217;t expect: Always and everywhere electricity and WiFi, running water (let alone warm water), a toilet, drinking water from the tap, a warm room when it gets really cold in the evening, to arrive at the place where I originally wanted to go. What I can expect in return: There is always a possibility, I am open and ready for anything. I have learned to trust that I am always in the right place at the right time, even if it wasn&#8217;t the one I had in mind. Trust that Pachamama will always send the right people my way. For me (Andrea), I often had the vague feeling that I was alone and that there was someone who actually wanted to be with me. And that is an unborn aunt (or maybe uncle) of mine. My grandma got pregnant again at the age of 43, when my mom was pregnant with me. She decided that it was too much for her and that she was going to be a grandma and not a mom. It wasn&#8217;t a secret, I always knew that. But it wasn&#8217;t until I was able to assign the vague feeling to this missing being in my life and then made contact with her in my own way (in my head it&#8217;s an aunt) that something changed. A hole in the family patchwork was filled.       <\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Lost children can mean many different things. Sometimes there is a twin who leaves the womb unnoticed. Or a foetus fails to implant. Or you may even be faced with heartbreakingly difficult decisions about whether you can keep a child. Or it may say goodbye to you before birth. An adult child who dies before the parents can also leave a serious gap. Or everyone in the family is alive, but there is a rift. At our last club meeting in November, we came up with the idea of combining our wealth of experience from TCM, yoga\/tantra\/Ayurveda, Western medicine and the wisdom of the Andes and sharing it with you for a whole year. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">A woman&#8217;s life is divided into 3 major stages: the girl\/young woman from her first period, the mature, bleeding, fertile woman and the \u201cwise old woman\u201d with the menopause. Each of these phases has its joys and challenges. And we want to talk about them openly and let you talk about them too.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><br class=\"\">It is a mixture of knowledge sharing (an online evening of around 90 minutes during the week, approximately every 14 days), followed by the opportunity to share and ask questions in the protected environment of the circle.
